WHAT ARE THE BOTANICAL ANIMAL FLOWER ESSENCES?
Flower Essences are liquid, plant preparations made from the fresh flower blossoms of a plant that imprint water with their energetic patterning. These vibrational remedies specifically address the emotional and behavioral issues that may be affecting the overall wellness of any being.
Flower Essences, as we know them today, have been around since the early 1930’s. We can thank Dr. Edward Bach for questing past traditional medicine to find other ways to help heal the body. Today, single-flower essences are created from all types of flowers, plants and trees from all around the world.
Flower Essences are considered to be vibrational, energetic remedies since they are based upon the energy or vibration of a flower. Only the flower is used to make the remedies, and they work by utilizing the water that has been impregnated with the energetic imprints of the plant. These extracts have completely different properties from mood altering medicines and address imbalances through a separate avenue.
Energetic medicine has been around for thousands of years in what we recognize as acupuncture, acupressure, and reiki. All ancient native, traditional people also have their own form of working with the body’s energy and vibratory rate using sound, whether it is through drumming or other forms of tonal work.
REASONS TO USE THE BOTANICAL ANIMAL FLOWER ESSENCES
Botanical Animal Flower Essences should be used to affect change in a positive way for the emotional and mental well-being of an animal. Animals are often misunderstood and misread since we try to interpret their messaging from the human perspective. Flower Essences can help to bridge that non-verbal gap.
We can often be wrong in understanding the root of an animal’s emotions and end up playing the guessing game. Botanical Animal Flower Essences can help alleviate the angst of miscommunication and help animals process their issues in a more timely manner. These tools make change easier on them, and on us.
It is important to recognize that animals are instinct based, so some behaviors may be innate and not able to change. Flower essences can help to modify learned behaviors as well as behaviors developed as emotional protective devices.
Flower Essences are not meant to be used for physical issues however, there may be times that physical issues subside when the emotional cause is alleviated or resolved. For example, stress hives may subside if the emotional trigger causing the stress has been removed.
The Botanical Animal Flower Essence remedies are issue specific, not animal specific; there are no species boundaries. While Flower Essences may be used on all animals, they are used most commonly in horses, dogs, cats, llamas, and cows as well as birds of all sizes, rodents, reptiles, and fish. There are no age restrictions; animals from the very young to aged, even those ready to cross over, can benefit from them.
Flower Essences are not to be confused with essential oils which, they so often are. Essential oils work off the olfactory sense, or smell. With the exception of a possible slight vinegar (used as a preservative) smell, Flower Essences do not have a scent. Essential oils can address similar emotional topics, but they are more commonly used for their scents as perfumes, physical ailments and in inhalers for respiratory issues, or massage oils for topical needs.
