United States Shipping and Return Policy

Returns Policy

Customers may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Natural Selection Products will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of Natural Selection Products’ error, such as you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for Natural Selection Products to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes Natural Selection Products to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Customers that need to return a product should contact Natural Selection Products with your order number and details about the product they would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from the order.


Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We ship all our orders within 2 business days from receiving the order. If a product is not available at the time your order is placed or is on backorder, we will ship all available products and the unavailable or backordered items will ship once they become available. We do not ship on weekends and most nationally recognized holidays.

We offer flat rate ground shipping of $5.95 for all Botanical Animal Flower Essence products shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48).

If you would like to purchase Equilite Herbals with your Botanical Animal Flower Essence products, the combined ground shipping flat rate fee for Botanical Animal Flower Essence and Equilite Herbals products to ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48), will be $13.50. To combine shipment of your Botanical Animal Flower Essences and Equilite Herbals products, please contact us by phone or email.

Natural Selection Products utilizes UPS and USPS as their preferred shipping carriers. Unless you specifically request one of these carriers prior to shipment, Natural Selection Products will select the carrier that best services the shipping address provided by you during placement of your order.

All expedited orders and U.S. orders outside of the contiguous United States (lower 48) will pay actual shipping costs. Unless otherwise requested by the customer, all U.S. Shipments outside of the contiguous United States will be shipped via UPS.

If your order is damaged in shipment, please notify Natural Selection Products as soon as you are able. If you are able, damages should be noted with the carrier when you receive the shipment. In order to help us best submit and validate a shipping claim, we may require your assistance in obtaining photographs of the shipping damages and retaining damaged shipping cartons.

If there are hidden damages of products in your shipments, you must notify Natural Selection Products within 5 business days of receiving your products.

Replacement products for damaged products either hidden or external, will be shipped once the damages have been verified and a claim has been initiated.

Any customer needing an instruction sheet on checking and receiving in merchandise in such a manner that any claim to the carrier is valid can contact Natural Selection Products for an instruction and check sheet.

 

 

International Shipping and Returns Policy

We welcome international orders. By completing the order process, all international orders are agreeing to the terms below.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, FREIGHT, AND RETURN POLICY

All international shipments are shipped Freight F.O.B. Fort Collins, Colorado. We will ship international orders within 5 business days from receipt and completed payment of the order. If a product is not available at the time your order is placed, we will ship all available products on the current order and you will be asked to issue a new order for the unavailable product when the product becomes available again.

Freight damage must be properly documented upon receipt with the carrier. International customers are responsible for proper and immediate documentation including photographs, should there be any issues with product damage when the order is received.

International customers must pay actual shipping costs on all orders outside of the contiguous United States (lower 48), regardless of the weight or the number of items on the order.

All international shipments will be shipped via UPS carrier.

Damaged Shipments

Once international shipments leave the Natural Selection Products facility, they are the sole responsibility of the International Customer and any and all damages are the responsibility of the International Customer. When and if possible, Natural Selections Products will assist International Customers in rectifying any shipping damages with the carrier. External physical damage of shipments requires notations with the carrier on the bill of lading or the delivery documents at the time of receipt. Once noted with the carrier, immediate notification and claims process with the carrier should follow. Immediate internal documentation including digital pictures of any damaged cartons and notations of the time and date should be processed with the carrier for best opportunity to validate any claims. Retention of packing materials on damaged shipments may be needed for proper claims filing.

Hidden damage of products shipped must be reported to Natural Selection Products within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Hidden damages are the sole responsibility of the International Customer and no credit or refund will be issued in whole or in part, for hidden damages once shipments leave the Natural Selection Products facility. Should hidden damages be the result of obvious neglect on the part of Natural Selection Products to adequately protect the shipment, Natural Selection Products will work with the International Customer to correct the issue.

Any claim of carrier damage that is not properly documented and processed will be the International MSRP Customer’s responsibility and Natural Selection Products will not be held liable or responsible due to such failure.

Duties, Taxes and Customs

Any duties and taxes associated with international shipments are the sole responsibility of the International Customer. Natural Selections Products cannot guarantee any duty or tax rates associated with international shipments and it is the International Customer’s sole responsibility to verify and pay for any additional costs, including duties and taxes, that may be applicable to shipping product internationally.

Natural Selection Products cannot guarantee the clearance of any products through the customs process. Natural Selection Products will make every reasonable effort possible in assisting the International Customer in clearing products through customs, so long as said information does not hinder, prohibit, or affect Natural Selection Products ability to conduct regular business practices within the United States.

International Customers assume all responsibility for shipments once they leave the Natural Selection Products facility and, in such, assumes all responsibility for their ability to clear customs, any duties and taxes associated with the shipment, or any additional fees that may or may not be foreseen in the shipment process.

Return Policy

No returns of product will be considered on international shipments.
