Customers may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Natural Selection Products will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of Natural Selection Products’ error, such as you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for Natural Selection Products to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes Natural Selection Products to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Customers that need to return a product should contact Natural Selection Products with your order number and details about the product they would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from the order.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We ship all our orders within 2 business days from receiving the order. If a product is not available at the time your order is placed or is on backorder, we will ship all available products and the unavailable or backordered items will ship once they become available. We do not ship on weekends and most nationally recognized holidays.
We offer flat rate ground shipping of $5.95 for all Botanical Animal Flower Essence products shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48).
If you would like to purchase Equilite Herbals with your Botanical Animal Flower Essence products, the combined ground shipping flat rate fee for Botanical Animal Flower Essence and Equilite Herbals products to ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48), will be $13.50. To combine shipment of your Botanical Animal Flower Essences and Equilite Herbals products, please contact us by phone or email.
Natural Selection Products utilizes UPS and USPS as their preferred shipping carriers. Unless you specifically request one of these carriers prior to shipment, Natural Selection Products will select the carrier that best services the shipping address provided by you during placement of your order.
All expedited orders and U.S. orders outside of the contiguous United States (lower 48) will pay actual shipping costs. Unless otherwise requested by the customer, all U.S. Shipments outside of the contiguous United States will be shipped via UPS.
If your order is damaged in shipment, please notify Natural Selection Products as soon as you are able. If you are able, damages should be noted with the carrier when you receive the shipment. In order to help us best submit and validate a shipping claim, we may require your assistance in obtaining photographs of the shipping damages and retaining damaged shipping cartons.
If there are hidden damages of products in your shipments, you must notify Natural Selection Products within 5 business days of receiving your products.
Replacement products for damaged products either hidden or external, will be shipped once the damages have been verified and a claim has been initiated.
Any customer needing an instruction sheet on checking and receiving in merchandise in such a manner that any claim to the carrier is valid can contact Natural Selection Products for an instruction and check sheet.
